school is kicking my butt. :( i hate it. but i must keep pressing on because i know that in the end it will be work it. my plan... when i finish...hopefully before im 109...is to work with my church as an intern... probably end up going on staff with them if God calls me to it.
i must finish school.
my job is boring. i mean, it pays the bills. but really, sitting at a desk as a secretary is not what i wanna be doing. i wanna build a coffee shop and serve people and take pictures and love on ppl forever! i wanna share jesus with people. i wanna live and love and laugh. (the coffee shop thing is a huge dream that i want someday to be true. :) )
for now, im loving on the youth at crosspoint. that is one of the highlights of my week. i love those girls. i love all those kids there really. i just wanna love on them and lead them to Jesus. i want them to grow up to love jesus with all their hearts, souls, minds and strengths. and i wanna be an example to them.
so... tonight we were talking about what it means to love jesus and how we could do this... well, no. we were really talking about evangelism. really. we were. and we started talking about reasons why we dont share Jesus with people we meet and why we dont talk about jesus and all... Matt pointed out that we talk about what we love...so if we love jesus than we would by default talk about him... we all admitted that we dont love him like we should. we dont really love him at all. Loving God sounds so spiritual. but hey, remember christiana reed? wow. that girl loved Jesus completely and innocently. and im sure that if she went to the grocery store it would only roll of her tongue something about Jesus... i remember her talking about different ways that she would tell jesus that she loves him... and different ways she would find his love throughout the day. she would write notes to him. she would find all the little things that made me smile throughout the day and see those as little special things from him. she would talk about him. i dont remember what all else... but seriously this girl was in love with jesus. i want that. the girls in youth want that. so... we are going to learn how to fall in love with jesus. :)
